Died 2:55 a.m. Tuesday, April 22, 1986, at Baton Rouge General Medical Center. She was 72, a native and resident of Baton Rouge. Visiting at Rabenhorst Funeral Home, 825 Government St., 10 a.m. to 1:40 p.m. Wednesday. Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church at 2 p.m. Wednesday, conducted by Monsignor Andrew Frey. Interment in Greenoaks Memorial Park. Survived by a daughter, Mrs. John (Deryl) Hamilton, Baton Rouge; a son, William H. Parker III, Lafayette; three sisters, Mrs. Lena Jumel Persac, Jackson, Miss., Mrs. Meryl Jumel Lopez, Baton Rouge, and Mrs. Mildred Jumel White, Shreveport; three brothers, James M. Jumel Jr., Kenneth L. Jumel and Joseph A. Jumel, all of Baton Rouge; and four grandchildren, L'shele Hamiltonand John C. Hamilton Jr., both of Baton Rouge, William H. Parker IV and Hayley Parker, both of Lafayette. Preceded in death by husband, William H. Parker Jr.; and parents, James M. and Milda Babin Jumel. She was a member of Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church and Altar Society.
