Ella Frances Adams, age 78, passed away at home June 5, 2011 after a short illness. Born September 14, 1932 in Fallsburg, KY to the late Hobert Carter and Eva Rice-Carter. Frances is preceded in death by husband of 53 years, Basil Adams, son-in-law Ricky Ross, daughter-in-law Sarah Adams and 11 siblings. She is survived by daughter, Brenda Ross (Stephen Murray); sons, Bobby and Michael (Karen) Adams; sister, Lola Elam; granddaughters, Lora (AJ) Miller, Angela Ross, and Jessica (Jeff) Adams; four great-grandsons and two great-grand-daughter; special friends, Helen and Delores; and she was blessed with host of other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held Wednesday, June 8, from 5-8 p.m. at O. R. WOODYARD CO. SOUTH CHAPEL, 1346 S. High St., where service will be held Thursday at 1 p.m. Pastor James Carter officiating.
