DAVENPORT — Funeral Services and Mass of Christian Burial for Connie M. Crane, 54, a resident of Davenport, will be at 11 a.m. Friday, June 3, 2011, at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church, 916 E. Rusholme Street, Davenport. Burial will take place in Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 9 to 11 a.m. at church. Mrs. Crane passed away Monday, May 30, 2011, at Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House, Bettendorf.
Connie Merle Jones was born on December 11, 1956, in Moline, Illinois, to Horace and Faye (Nichols) Jones. She graduated from Augustana College. Connie was united in marriage to James F. Crane on August 22, 1977, at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church, Davenport. She was devoted to her Catholic faith and enjoyed her many friends from church.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.
Connie is survived by her husband, Jim, and son, Joseph (Erinn) Crane, both of Davenport; four grandchildren; sister, Donanna (Chuck) Koivun, Heeber Springs, Ark.; brother, Gary (Teri) Jones, Clarksville, Ark.; and five sisters-in-law and three brothers-in-law. She was preceded in death by her parents.
