"Whereas Alonzo C. Ashman, executor ____ in the last will and testament of the said James Tyrer, deceased, has applied to the surrogate of the said county of Erie, for the proof of said will, which will ___ to real and personal estate; you are thereby ordered to appear before me, said surrogate, in his office in the city of Buffalo in said county on the 10th day of March, 1864, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, to attend the probate of the said will.
