Nellie Ilene Babb, 95, of Fayetteville died April 7, 2011. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leslie Holland Babb and her parents, Hardy and Maude Strickland.
She is survived by her daughters, Anita and Harry Ivey of Marietta, Linda Jones of Fayetteville; son, Leslie H. and Lana Babb, Jr of Douglasville; brother, Gerald Strickland of Hobe Sound, Florida; sister, Ethel Harris of Corinth, Mississippi; 8 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral service held April 9 in the Chapel of Mowell Funeral Home, Fayetteville with Rev. Mark Westmoreland officiating. Burial at Westminster Memorial Gardens, Peachtree City.
