His sister, Alzina Whiting, wife of Amos Whiting, had two parcels, each signed for on 4/15/1856, one containing 40 acres in section 7 and one containing 73.19 acres in section 6. Amos Whiting had 40 acres in section 13 signed for on 4/15/1856.
