Lois Margaret Miles Clinebelle
RALEIGH, N.C. — Lois Margaret Miles Clinebelle, 85, of Raleigh, NC, died Friday, May 20, 2011, in Wake Medical Center following a brief illness.
Born Oct. 1, 1925, at Grandview, in Raleigh Co., WV, she was the daughter of the late James William and Dora Carper Miles.
Mrs. Clinebelle was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Ray L Clinebelle, in 1998; two brothers, Russell Miles and Robert Miles; and four sisters, Wilda Shoemaker, Maude Miles, Elizabeth Stover and Helen Carlson.
Survivors include a brother: Billy Miles of Albemarle, NC; three sons: Ray L. Clinebelle, Jr., and his wife Emory, of Raleigh, NC; James David Clinebelle, and his wife Connie, of Columbia, SC; and Randy Clinebelle, and his wife Kathy, of Goldsboro, NC; nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be at 10 a.m. on Monday to be followed by a memorial service at 11 a.m. at Blue Ridge Funeral Home with Rev. James Hickman officiating. Burial will follow in the Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, Beckley, WV.
Pallbearers will be grandsons: Joel Clinebelle, Robert Clinebelle, Kevin Clinebelle, Christopher Clinebelle, Nathan Clinebelle and Daniel Clinebelle and nephew Jack Miles.
The family requests donations of sympathy be made to Grandview Christian Church, 185 Table Rock Road, Beaver, WV 25813.
