Elizabeth L Burger, 91, southeast Kansas City, died August 10, 1993, at the home. Services will be at 3 pm Friday at St Luke's United Methodist Church; burial in Memorial Park Cemetery, Kansas City. Friends may call from 6 to 8 pm Thursday at the Park Lawn Chapel. The family suggests contributions to the Kansas City Hospice. Mrs. Burger was born in Otis Kansas and lived in Russell, Kansas, before moving to this area 60 years ago. She formerly taught elementary grades in the Russell School District. She was a member of the church. Survivors include a brother, Harold P Jones, Kansas City KS; 3 sisters, Ruth Sites, Kansas City, Annette "Nettie" Rothe, Wichita and Vera L Linn, Federal Way Washington; 3 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
