Bessie Bean
Mrs. Bessie Bean, 78, died Tuesday at her home on S. Harrison St. in Spencer. She had been ill three weeks.
Her parents were the late Levi and Laura Thomas Coffey. She was married to William (Bill) Bean 38 years ago.
She leaves children Mrs. Delphia Neisinger of Spencer, Mrs. Mary Ranard of Spencer, Mrs. Wanda Price of Otterbein, and a son, John Keyes. Two daughters and one son preceded her in death, as did two brothers and one sister. She has 15 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews living.
She was a member of the Spencer Christian Church.
Funeral will be 2 p.m. Friday at West & Son Funeral Home, Spencer, burial in River Hill Cemetery south of Spencer. C.A. Underwood will officiate. Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 this evening.
