Martin R. Adame entered into eternal rest on May 21, 2011 at the age of 80. He was born December 3, 1930 in Corpus Christi, Texas to Pedro and Carmen Adame.
Martin was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Carmen Chavez.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 51 years, Hilda Adame; children, Gilbert Adame and Edna Adame Schroeder; grandchildren, Travis Wayne Martin Adame, Brittney Nicole Adame and Mikayla Ande Schroeder; brothers and sister, Jimmy Adame, Billy Adame, Nancy Santos, Pete Adame and Eddie Adame and numerous nieces and nephews.

A rosary will be recited at 7:00 PM, May 31, 2011 at Sunset Funeral Home. A funeral mass will be celebrated on June 1, 2011 at 9:00 AM at St. John Neumann Catholic Church, 6680 Crestway, San Antonio, Texas. Interment will follow with military honors at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery.
