Miller, 95, died Jan. 4, 1989, at
Central Kansas Medical Center,
Great Bend. Born Dec. 10, 1893, in
Marshall County, he married
Bertha Williams April 24, 1917, at
Great Bend. She died Nov. 2,1942.
A retired farmer, he was a resident
of Rush County since 1925.
He was a member of the United
Methodist Church.
Survivors: son, Gene, Nekoma;
daughters, Golda Miller, Nekoma,
Shirley Jennings and Cleo Dick,
both of Burdett, Lois Miller,
Larned; brother, Robert, Hutchinson;
sisters, Daisy Ford, Pittsburg,
Ina Williams, Alexander, Clara
Hunt, Solo, Mo.; eight grandchildren;
12 great-grandchildren;
and two great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral will be 10 a.m. Saturday
at Janousek Funeral Home, La
Crosse, the Rev, Glenn Tombaugh.
Burial will be in Nekoma Cemetery.
Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 9
p.m. today at the funeral home.
