ROGERSVILLE - Alice Coffey, age 52, Rogersville died Sunday, July 2, 2006 at Johnson City Medical Center following an extended illness.
She was of the Baptist faith and attended Maple Hill Baptist Church. She was retired from the Hawkins County School System.
She was preceded in death by her father, Jay Albright; sister, Shirley Albright; brothers, Glen and James Albright; grandparents, George and Laura Albright and Maude Waye and Ellis Arrington; father-in-law and mother-in-law, John and Leona Coffey.
She is survived by her husband, E.J. Coffey, of the home; sons, Jason Coffey and fiance, Mindy Lawson and Jeffery Coffey; loving mother, Myrtle Albright, Rogersville; grandson, Dylan Coffey; brother, Lester Albright, Rogersville; sisters, Barbara Garrett and fiance, Eddie Amyx, Rogersville, Ruthie and husband, Paul Qualls, Bulls Gap, Dorothy Sizemore, Rogersville, Charlene and husband, Joseph Lebeau, Charlotte, NC, Wanda Duckworth, Rogersville and Joyce Livesay, Saint Clair; special brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Alice and Lowell Bailey, Rogersville and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, July 5, 2006 at Colboch-Price Funeral home chapel with Revs. Glen Bradley and Tom Lawson officiating. Graveside services were held Thursday, July 6, 2006 at Highland Cemetery. Colboch-Price Funeral Home, Rogersville was in charge of arrangements.
