Hazel Marie Gast Age 67, Lived in Collinsville Oklahoma and passed Friday, May 20, 2011. She bravely fought lymphoma for 24 years. She fought so hard, and earned her
eternal rest.

Born Feb 2, 1944 in Davenport IA to Alvin Jacob and Elsie Florence Conger Dooley. She was a loyal
employee of the City of Tulsa, and retired 2 years ago. She loved her dogs and horses and shared that love with her children. She enjoyed quilting with the Collinsville Quilting Club, crocheting, knitting, and woodworking.

Survived by brothers: Richard Dooley and Dan Dooley
Survived by children: Marie Schaffer, Gary Schaffer, Teri Smalley and Husband
David Smalley, and Paula Rose and husband Jeff Rose.
Grandchildren: Aaron, Mabel, Jessica, Cameron Schaffer, Keenan Schaffer,
Greggory Swinscoe, Carrie Swinscoe, Hunter Rose, and Dakota Rose.
Great Gandchildren: Brianna Schaffer, Taylor Schaffer, Johnathen Jones, and
Zachory Swinscoe.
Long time friend Vickie Sharp, and friends Claire Piurkowski and Tonya Rosamond.
Pugs Sinatra and Mizanni.

Predeceased by: daughter Tonetta Schaffer, brother Terry Dooley, and Parents
Alvin and Elsie Dooley, and pugs Esther, Trudy and AJ.

Service will be held Wednesday 5/25/11 @ 1:00 @ the Collinsville Community
Church.

Donations to go to American Cancer Society and Clarehouse Hospice House.

Special thanks to St. Francis Hospice, the wonderful caregivers of Clarehouse
for their loving care of our mother, Tonya Rosamond for taking care of Mom's
expenses so we could devote our time to Mom, and Claire Piurkowski for caring
for the dogs and being such a good friend to Mom.
