On 17 Jan 1888 she married William (Wilhelm) Dittberner in Anchor, IL. They farmed around Sibley, Ford Co. IL for a time. then moved their family to Panhandle,TX in 1911 and to Amarillo in 1918.
She had 8 children, 7 of whom lived to adulthood. Caroline and Amanda are buried in Illinois. The others lived and died in Texas. A stillborn infant is not counted in the family records.
