Maurine Parker Fuhriman, homemaker and former real estate broker, died Saturday, April 29, 1995 in Moraga, California. She was 96.
Maurine was born May 31, 1898, in Joseph, Sevier County, Utah. On July 12, 1934, in Laie, Hawaii, she married David Hyrum Fuhriman in the LDS Temple.They had three children, the late Elizabeth Jane Fuhriman Gardner, David Hyrum Fuhriman, Jr. of Moraga, Calif.; and Parker John Fuhriman of Beaverton, Oregon.
She attended Henager's Business College in Salt Lake City, Utah and Columbia University in New York City. She was an active member of the LDS Church, and filled a two-year mission in the Eastern States.
In addition to her two sons, she is survived by 11 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren; five sisters and one brother, Melba Parker Redd, Edna Dalton Parker, Mary Frandsen, Olive Nielsen, Hulda Parker Young and Clayton A. Parker, all of Salt Lake City.
Services Friday, May 5th, Lafayette, Calif.
