Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Mattie Cannon Darley of Statesboro; a daughter, Mrs. Kemp Mabry of Gray; three sons, Fred and Hugh Darley of Statesboro and Ray Darley of Cordele; several nieces including Carolyn Cannon of Statesboro; two sisters, Mrs. L.H. Thigpen of Mt. Vernon and Miss Alice Thomas of Atlanta; three brothers, Barry of Lyons, Bailey and Clarence, both of Brunswick; six grandchildren.
