WATERFORD ---Service was held Saturday (July 3) at 1:30 at the THompson-Mott Funeral Home for Maurice Giles, 65 , RR1 Wilsonville, whod died Wednesday at Victoria Hospital, London. Rev John Buchwald officiated and burial was in Hartford Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, the former Vera Wheeler; Children Edward, RR1 WiIlsonville, Kenneth, Waterford and Mrs James (Shirley) Mudge, Waterford, his mother the former Flossie Sloat, a sister, Mrs Roy Hoskins, Hagersville and six grandchildren.
Mr. Giles was born in Hartford. His father was the late Anthony Giles. He lived in this area all his life and was a farmer and cattle drover. Pallbearers were Reg Woodley, Winston Miles Jack Bakker Russell Harvey Jim Sloat and Gordon Shay.
