Dianne Marie Cernoch, 70, passed away Saturday, April 30, 2011 in Richmond, Texas. She was born November, 17, 1940 in Bastrop, Texas to Leo H. and Lucy E. Meuth. Dianne was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Rosenberg where she was active in the Altar Society and KJZT.

Survivors include her husband of 53 years, Alois Charles Cernoch, son, Byron Cernoch and wife Sandra, daughter, Rhonda Cernoch, brother, Leon T. Meuth and wife Dee, 2 sisters, Barbara J. Ritch and husband Aubrey and Lorrell Wenzel and husband Don, 3 grandchildren, Dewayne Cernoch, Sheila Shifferly and Brandon Cernoch, 6 great grandchildren, Nicole and Amber Cernoch, Conner and Colten Shifferly, Tanner Cernoch and Trent Cook, nieces nephews and many beloved friends . She was preceded in death by her parents, 2 brother-in-laws, Mack Mercer and Joseph Cernoch and her niece Mindy Teykl.

A Funeral Mass will be held Thursday, May 5, 2011 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Rosenberg at 10:00 A.M. with burial to follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be Wednesday evening from 4-8 P.M. in the chapel at Davis Greenlawn Funeral Home with a Rosary at 7 P.M.

Pallbearers will be Phillip Cernoch, Lane Teykl, Bully Mercer, Dewayne Cernoch, Brandon Cernoch, and Michael Cernoch. Honorary Pallbearers will be Randy Mercer, Thad Mercer, Donnie Demel, Ian Shifferly, Byron Cernoch, Patrick Dittrich, Christopher Cernoch, Robby Meuth and Tyler Powell.
