Killed by a Bull.

On the 29th of July Mr. Abram Stacher, of Carroll, was leading a bull from the stable for the purpose of trading it off. At once and without seeming provocation, the animal attacked Mr. Stacher, tossed him into the air, and in his fall breaking a rib and injuring his back. The bull then began to paw, with evident to trample Stacher to the death, which, however, by standers prevented. In that fall also, Mr. S. must have received injuries to his back, for he went slowly into paralytic state which resulted in his death, August 10th, at 3 o'clock. The funeral will take place August 12th at ten o'clock; interment at Mt. Zion, Ginger Hill.

Mr. Stacher was one of four brothers, two of whom were in the army. He was a very industrious man, and a citizen who held the good opinion of all who knew him by his propriety of conduct and his neighborly kindness.
