Son of John McIntosh (1727-xxxx) and Margaret Og McIntosh (1731-xxxx). Married Sarah Bennett (1758-1831) in June of 1782 in Philadelphia, Penn.
Children are James McIntosh (1783-1849), Margaret Jane McIntosh Garner (1785-1848), Malvina McIntosh Owens (1788-xxxx), Elizabeth McIntosh Proctor (1790-1867), Samuel McIntosh (1791-1879), John McIntosh (1794-xxxx), Sarah McIntosh Wright (1798-1844), Daniel McIntosh (1801-1886), Lucinda McIntosh Smith (1803-xxxx) and William McIntosh (1805-1882).
