Sarah , born in Union Township, Delaware County, Indiana, was the daughter of Samuel Galbreath (born in PA) and Amelia "Milly" (b.1809 in Ohio, d.1876). Her siblings were: Robert, Lydia, Elijah, Nathan, William, Joseph, Samuel, Nancy, Amelia and Jesse Galbreath.

On 19 Aug 1875 in Grant County, Indiana she married John F. Inman. They had a daughter they named: Artnecy Alice Inman.

When Sarah died in 1897 her spouse John went to live with their daughter. He moved with them in 1906 to Oklahoma. He is buried with his daughter's husband Ora Welman Brock in the Capitol View Cemetery in Beaver Co., Oklahoma.
