Survived by wife, Earlene Franzman; his children and their spouses, Steven and Nancy Franzman, Elaine and Brandon Fleming, Kevin and Sylvia Franzman, Gaelynne and Larry Gregg, Randall and Deborah Franzman, Kim Fusco, and Erika and Dirck Parsons; ten grandchildren; brother, Robert Franzman; sisters, Sharon Huffman, Peggy Neibacher, and Dolores Franzman; numerous nieces, nephews.
Retired from Inglewood Police Dept. thirty years. Awarded Medal of Valor. Served in the United States Navy.
A viewing will be held on Sunday, May 1, 2011 from 2:00-6:00 p.m. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, May 2, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at the Church of Our Fathers, Forest Lawn Memorial-Park, Cypress.
