Marjorie Geneva "Margie" Almond was born Jan. 30, 1932 in Dewey, Oklahoma to Harley Z. and Cora Mae Yearout Martin. She passed away Dec. 26, 2006 in Lawton, Oklahoma at the age of 74.
Margie grew up and graduated from Dewey High School.
She married Everett Almond Sr on March 4, `957 in Bartlesville, Oklahoma Margie was employed in the medical supply office at Jane Phillips Hospital until her retirement.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, sister Evelyn Morton, and brothers Robert Martin and Warren Martin.
She is survived by her sons Thomas E. Martin and wife Carlita, Everett Almond Jr and wife Marianne, Martin E. ALmond and wife Ruthie, and Clarence M. Almond; daughters Belinda G. Jones and husband Bill, and Denise L. Parker and husband Richard; sister in law Mary Martin; 12 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and numerous other relatives and friends.
