ROBERT THURSTON, 77; WYOMING AUTO ACCIDENT VICTIM
A private funeral service will be conducted tomorrow at Needham Cemetery for Robert S. Thurston, 77, of Needham, who was killed instantly in an automobile accident in Green River, Wyo., on Sept. 20.
His wife, Jess (Drennan) Thurston, is reported recovering from multiple injuries she received in the accident.
Mr. Thurston was an electrical engineer for the Atlantic Switchboard Co. in engineering sales. He was a member of the Massachusetts Assn of Electrical Engineers a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Cornell University and he had studied at the General Electric Institute He worked 20 years for General Electric.
