Bushton, Kansas ----- Mrs. Charles L. Alderson, 60, wife of the owner of the hotel here, died Wednesday at St. Rose Hospital, Great Bend. Funeral arrangements are awaiting word from a son, Ross, who is in the navy, expected to arrive in port on the west coast this weekend.

Mrs. Charles Alderson of Great Bend died at the hospital there last Wednesday following months of illness.
She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Dan Steichelman and grew to womanhood on their farm south of Formoso.
Mrs. Ada Payne of California and Mrs. Maude Sears of Formoso are sisters. She is survived by her husband, five daughters and one son of her immediate family.
