Mrs. Mary Doyle, Ill Long Time, Expires
Mary Ann Doyle, 76, widow of E.(Edward) J. Doyle, died at her home, 346 N. Schuyler Ave., on Wed. (12/23/1936) evening following an extended illness.
Funeral services will be conducted at 10:30 o'clock Sat. morning from St. Patrick church with burial in the family plot at St. Rose Cemetery.
Born in Buckley on 3/16/1860, Mrs. Doyle came to Kankakee 37 years ago. She leaves 7 children: Lida, Myrtle, Mrs. Leo Deslauriers, Thomas & Edward of Kankakee, Harry of Aurora and Ernest of Chicago.
Also surviving are 8 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren; a brother Thomas Shannon (Jr.) of Monon, Ind.; and 3 sisters, Mrs. George Reed, Bloomington, Mrs. Patrick Doyle & Mrs. Robert Boyd of Buckley.
The body will be removed from the Hickey funeral home to the residence at 6:30 o'clock this evening.
