Mandy M. Spivey, 20, of Sanford passed away at UNC Hospital at Chapel Hill April 23, 2011. She was born in Lee County, NC to Tim Spivey and Gina Stutts.
A funeral service will be held 2pm Wednesday April 27, 2011 at Miller-Boles Funeral Home in Sanford, NC. A visitation will be held at Miller-Boles Funeral Home on Tuesday evening 7-9pm.
In addition to her parents Ms. Spivey is survived by a sister Jennifer Spivey, a brother Cody Stutts, step-mother Tracy Spivey, fiancé Tony Smith, nephew Jordan Cabrera, and niece Skyler Cabrera.
