Victim. Constance was a twenty year old young woman. She was last heard from by her boyfriend saying she was picking up her check at her job and would see him in twenty minutes. She was never seen nor heard from again. Constance was last seen on June 8,1983, leaving a friends house. Her car was later found parked on S188th St. and Pacific Highway South. Her remains were found four months later. She was found just south of Sea-Tac Airport. She was found near 3 other victims. Constance was a murder victim of Gary Leon Ridgway, known as "The Green River Killer" who was responsible for the murder of 49 women in Seattle, Washington, between 1982 and 1984. He confessed to her murder in 2003.
