Alta DeBord, aged 51 years, died at her home on E. Main St. about 1:30 yesterday afternoon. Mrs. DeBord, who had been in ill health for some time died as the result of a heart attack.
She is survived by four children, Clarence Roan of Kankakee, William Roan of Yale, Mrs. Dorothy Davis of Robinson and Mrs. Dolly Watts at home; her mother, Mrs. Alice Cox of Hazel Dell; two brothers, Roy and Burl Cox of Hazel Dell; and a stepdaughter, Mrs. Ruby Finney southeast of Casey.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Hazel Dell Church of God with Rev. Fred Carlin officiating. Interment will be in the nearby cemetery. Markwell Funeral Service is in charge of the arrangements.
