BOONEVILLE - James Clovis Shackelford, 78, died today at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Booneville. He was a retired farmer and church member of Primitive Baptist Church.
Services will be at 2 p.m. today at McMillan Funeral Home with the 1 Rev. Ben Griffin officiating. Burial will be in Booneville Cemetery.
He is survived by one daughter, Carolyn S. Burcham of Booneville; two sisters, Irene Wroten of Booneville and Verna Green of Paden; and one grandchild.
