ROGERSVILLE - Ella Mae Risner, age 79, Rogersville died Monday, December 12, 2005 at her residence.
She was a member of Yellow Creek Holiness Church, Pineville, KY.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Dewey Risner, Sr.; parents, Edd and Mossie Miracle Denny; brothers, Hubert, Thomas Daniel, Gobel and Rube Roland Denny.
She is survived by her daughter, Rita Gail Miracle and husband, Paul Lester, Rogersville; sons, James Delmar Risner and wife, Mary Ellen and J.E. Risner and wife, Gladys, all of Bulls Gap, Dewey Risner, Jr. and wife, Gwen, Kingsport and Terry Risner, Mount Carmel; 14 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; sisters, Goldie Daige and husband, Roland, Della Bauer and Barbara June Denny, all of Pineville, KY; brother, Herman Denny, Harrogate and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service was conducted Thursday, December 15, 2005 at Broome Funeral Home chapel with Revs. Lelbert Thornburg and Ivan Bowen officiating. Burial followed in Hawkins County Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers were James Glen Risner, Brian Scott Risner, Jeffrey Adam Miracle, Robert Vance Risner, Timothy Aaron Risner and Christopher Lee Risner. Broome Funeral Home, Rogersville was in charge of arrangements.
