Texana married William Thomas Clark (1838-1912) on June 4, 1861, in Fairfield County, SC. They moved from South Carolina to Avinger, Cass County, Texas in 1872. She had 11 children, but only 3 were living in 1900.
Three children:
• Williametta "Willie" Clark Brown (1863-1936)
• Lydia Eliza Clark Stewart Moss (1873-1952)
• Charles Edward Clark (1875-1949)

MRS. Tex Clark, aged 88, died Sunday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Turner Moss, of Liberty, and was buried at Bear Creek. Mrs. Clark was a pioneer settler of Cass county. She is survived by one sister, Mrs. Tom Sanders of Shiloh; two daughters, Mrs. Willie Brown of Sardis and Mrs. Moss of Liberty; one son, C. E. Clark of Bear Creek.
