Tom Bagley was the second child of James Bagley and Eliza Jane anderson. Born in Ontario, Canada he moved to Nebraska and married Amy Tannahill on Feb 21,1901. They were the parents of three children, Marion Leroy, Loyal Wesley and Evelyn Pearl. Mr. Bagley was asked to take over the management of the County Poor Farm in 1917. Soon after they took over they had the name changed to the County Farm. It was a full fledged farm operation and they stayed there for 7 years.
