This family used several different spellings for their surname but I am sure that your William belongs to these parents. I can send more information if you are uneasy about the connection.

Lydia Jane was my great-grandmother's sister. Her memorial is in Pennsylvania. After she died, William (the father listed above) moved with his 2nd wife to Kansas, and that is where he is buried.
