She is survived by her husband Hiro Inouye, son Jeffrey Inouye of Breckenridge, Colorado; sister Toki and husband Ben Okada.
A Memorial Service will be held at the San Jose Buddhist Church, 640 N. Fifth Street on April 22 at 5:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, please make donations in memory of Chiyoko Inouye to the Am. Cancer Society or Vitas Innovative Hospice Care, 39899 Balentine Dr., #151, Newark, CA 94560.
