Roy Manuel Cisneros 3/23/1955 ~ 4/17/2003

Roy Manuel Cisneros, age 48, passed away April 17, 2003.

He was born March 23, 1955 in Salt Lake City, UT.

After graduation from West High School in 1973, he joined the Air Force and married Shauna Walton. Together they had two daughters; they were later divorced.

His military history included service in the Air Force and Air National Guard. He was also Cadet of the Year in the Civil Air Patrol.

His career choices in Law Enforcement through positions as a S.L. County Sheriff, Red Cross Instructor, and most recently as a security officer at Salt Lake International Airport demonstrated his deep commitment to making the world a safer place.

He also showed the spirit of and entrepreneur with his printing company.

Only four short years ago his life changed in the most magical way when he and LeAnna Mower had a child, his son, Ryan. He was always in his thoughts and forever in his heart. His most important role was as an adoring father and grandfather. He loved his children and grandchildren very much. The smiles that he could bring to their faces were priceless.

He was also a loving son, brother, uncle, and friend.

He is survived by his children, Bren-na (Jason) Coskey, West Jordan, Carma (Preston) Gray, Eagle Mountain, Ryan Cisneros, Las Vegas; grandchildren, Taylor, Cameron, Kiyan, Moriah, Katelyn, "His Babies;" also several family members. His twin sister, Mary; and mother, Katie, preceded him in death.

Services will be Tues. April 22, 2003, 12 noon Russon Brothers Salt Lake Mortuary, 255 S. 200 E.

Friends may call Mon. 6-8 p.m. and Tues. prior to services, 10:45-11:45 a.m.

Burial, Mt Calvary Cemetery.
