Mrs. Bevill was born May 27, 1924, in Hopkins County to Joe and Willie Woods Birmingham. On March 4, 1944, she married J.L. Bevill in Liberty Community. She was a loving, Christian wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who was always dedicated to making her home a welcome place for everyone. She was a member of Johnson Street Church of Christ.
Her survivors include sons Louis Bevill and wife Elaine of Tulia and Jerry Bevill and wife Donna of Plainview; a daughter, Sherry Moss of Greenville; brothers Odell Birmingham and wife Marion of Greenville and Ray Birmingham and wife Jean of Garland; a sister, Faye White and husband Monty of Greenville; grandchildren Sarah Lopez and husband Abel, Andrew Bevill and wife Andrea, Con Moss and wife Brandi, Caleb Moss, Gideon Moss and wife Mindy, Hannah Moss, Elijah Moss, Noah Moss, Micah Moss and Enoch Moss; and great-grandchildren Ethan and Abbie Lopez and Hayden Bevill.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parent and an infant daughter.
Pallbearers will be Andrew Bevill, Con Moss, Caleb Moss, Gideon Moss, Elijah Moss, Noah Moss, Micah Moss, Enoch Moss, and Abel Lopez. Honorary Pallbearers will be Wayne Wallace, Mark Wileham, Jim Hodo, Steve Pryce, Ferrell Nalls, and Bob Andrews.
