From the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, Thursday, December 23, 1915, p. 4:

George W. Baker, 51, died Thursday morning at his residence, 106 1/2 East Second street. He is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Fred W. Francis and Mrs. E. D. Allen of Fort Worth and Mrs. Linza Allen [sic - should be Jones] of San Antonio. Funeral services will be held from the George L. Gause chapel Friday at 3 p.m. Interment will be in Greenwood cemetery.
