Pamela was the sixth of 8 children born to Roderick and Alice (Theis) Kopp.

She married Perry Colwell on June 23, 1972. They had 2 children: Tania Katherine and Perry Garth. They divorced.

She married Bruce Allemani on February 20, 1982. They had 2 children: Alexis Marianna and Bianca Maria.

Former St. Joe and Jordan resident, Pamela K. Allemani, passed away Saturday, Feb. 20, 2010, after battling cancer, at Normandy Terrace Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center in San Antonio, Texas. Memorial services and burial will be held at a later date.

Pamela was born May 1, 1952, at St. Francis Hospital, Shakopee, to Roderick and Alice (Theis) Kopp. Pam spent her early childhood at St. Joe, Shakopee, Jordan and then Waconia. She graduated from Roosevelt High School in Minneapolis, June 8, 1970. She also received degrees from the Western Wyoming College Practical Nursing Program in Green River, Wyo. on July 19, 1988, Western Wyoming Community College on May 18, 1990, and a degree in social work from the University of Wyoming in 1995. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and aunt and will be greatly missed.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Roderick (1994) and Alice (1957); grandparents, Arnold (1967) and Katherine (Schmitt) Kopp (1979) and William (1954) and Isabel (Lenzmeier) Theis (1988).

She is survived by her children, Tania Colwell of Cheyenne, Wyo., Garth Colwell of Portales, N.M., Alexis (Ronald) Bennett of Waggaman, La. and Bianca Allemani of Laramie, Wyo.; grandchildren, Sebastian and Samantha Colwell; brothers and sisters and their spouses, Mary (Maurice) Bleess of Fairfax, Minn., Gloria (Robert) Lamey of Eagan, William (Dianne) Kopp of Eau Claire, Wis., Brenda Kopp of Eden Prairie, Denise (Gary) Wood of Edina, Kevin Kopp of Mendota Heights and Debra Kopp of Boulder, Colo.; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins; half-sister, Christine (Roger) Borka of Waconia and half-brother, Mark (Michele) Kopp of Waconia. She is also survived by step-brothers and sisters and spouses: Theresa (Bob) Borka of Hutchinson, Kenneth (Debbie) Buesgens of Cologne, Daniel Buesgens of Slayton and Paul Buesgens, James (Theresa) Buesgens and Gloria (Guy) Johnson, all of Waconia.
