Daisy U. Miller: Daisy U. Miller, 75, of Valparaiso, Indiana, formerly of Tefft, Indiana passed away Monday, March 30,1998 at the Porter Memorial Hospital, Valparaiso. Mrs. Miller had worked at Schumacher Electric Corp. of Rensselaer, Indiana with 24 years of service retiring in 1991. She was a member of the Full Godpel Tabernacle of Wheatfield. Born April 14, 1922 in Armathwaite, Tennessee, the daughter of the late Walter and Zella (Wright) Brewster. On Feb 17, 1945 in Tefft she married Ray C. Miller who passed away May 22, 1987. Survivors include three daughters, Sharon Bonner of Westville, Indiana, Phyllis (Hershall) Vires of North Judson, Indiana and Sheila (Larry) Tumbleson of Valparaiso; eight grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Devere (Eva) Brewster of Valparaiso and Retus (Donna) Brewster of Sioux St. Marie, Canada; four sisters, Opal Cowley of Elliot, Illinois, Ovelia Obenchain of North Judson, Velda Fitzgerald of Valpariso and Velma (Lee) Grass of Balparaiso. Precede death by son Frank Centifanto and brother, Walter. The funeral service will be Thursday, April 2, 1998 at 10:30 A.M. at the Kosanke Funeral Home, Kouts, IN. with Pastor Roger Scully officiating. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery, Valparaiso, Memorials may be given to the Heart Association. Visitation will be Wednesday from 4 to 8 P.M. at the Kosanke Funeral Home, Kouts, Indiana.
