Sarah was daughter of John Brewer and Cynthia Hall.

She married William A. Campbell on 13 Feb 1867 in Oregon County, Missouri. They had:
John Campbell born 1870
William Campbell born 1872
Sarah Campbell born 1874
Mary Campbell 1876 1918
James Campbell born 1877
Marion Campbell, a male child, born 1879
Tennessee campbell born 1881
Charles Campbell born 1883

Sarah, called most often "Sally" appeared on the 1910 census but not the 1920 census.

1860 census, Polk, Dade County, Missouri
James R. Brewer age 40, Chris' note, name appears as James instead of John on this census.
Cynthia Brewer age 40
Sarah E. Brewer age 17

1870 census, Randolph County, Arkansas.
I found a couple named William Campbell and Sarah Campbell on the 1870 Randolph County, Arkansas Census, but he is the one three years older and she is three years younger. They had no children in 1870.

1880 census, Newberg, Izard County, Arkansas
William Campbell age 32
Sarah Campbell age 35
John Campbell age 10. John must have been born shortly after the 1870 census was taken. If the 1870 census that I found for a William and Sarah Campbell living in Randolph County, Arkansas is the right one, and that couple had no children, then this birth year could agree with the birth of this child named John Campbell, age 10 years old in 1880.
William Campbell age 8
Sarah Campbell age 6
Mary Campbell age 4
James Campbell age 3
Marion Campbell, a male cild, age 1

1900 census, Violet Hill, Izard County, Arkansas
William Campbell age 55
Sarah Campbell age 57
Tennessee Campbell age 19
Charles Campbell age 16

1910 census, Violet Hill, Izard County, Arkansas
William Campbell age 65
Sarah Campbell age 68
Lester Campbell, a grandson age 15
Wilburn Walls, a grandson age 4
Sarah Elizabeth Brewer, Wife of William A. Campbell the son of George Lafayette Campbell and Sarah sally Beason
