the sickness and death of their little
son Percy. After an illness of only three days,
little Percy, the three and a half year
old son of Mr. and Mrs. Orin Pinkham
of this place, died on Tuesday morning,
the 10th inst., at 2:30 o'clock, of spinal
meningitis. Funeral services were
held at the M. E. church at 9 o'clock
Thursday morning, and shortly after
10 o'clock the funeral party started on
their long sad journey to the cemetery
in Blue Hill, where the little fellow
was laid to rest. Percy was a bright
little fellow, uncommonly smart for a
child of his years, and the pet of the
household. He will be sadly missed by
his sorrowing parents, and the entir
