Cecilio J. Grano, age 62, a resident of Las Vegas, New Mexico passed away on Wednesday, March 23, 2011 at his home. He was born in Maes, New Mexico on October 9, 1948 to the Margarita Grano. He was united in marriage to Marcia Montoya. He served in the United States Army as SP5 during the Vietnam War. He retired from the City of Las Vegas Housing where he was employed for 10 years in the Maintenance Dept. He is survived by his wife: Marcia C. Grano of the family home in Las Vegas, NM; daughter: Veronica Archuleta of El Paso, TX; mother: Margarita Grano-Romero of Las Vegas, NM; brothers and sisters: Rudy Grano, Luis Grano and wife Carmela all of Las Vegas, NM; Paul Romero and wife Geraldine and Eloy Romero, Jr. and wife Ruth all of Alb., NM; Abran Romero, Linda Esquibel and husband Salomon all of Las Vegas, NM; Lillian and husband Patrick of Denver, Colorado, Consuelo Ortiz and husband Dwight of Ft. Rosary devotional services will be conducted on Saturday, March 26, 2011 at 11:00am at Our Lady of Sorrows Church and funeral services a immediately after the rosary with Father C.
