Naida Axford funeral set--
Services will be held in the First Congregational Church, 5 Real Road, Friday at 3 p.m. for Naida Larue Axford, 3112 Hollins Street, who died February 4 in a Bakersfield hospital. The Rev. Edward Wulfekuehler will officiate and interment will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
Mrs. Axford was a native of West Union Neb., had resided in California 24 years, Kern County 15 years, and was a member of First Congregational Church.
Survivors include 3 daughters, Madge Finke of Illinois, Helen Siems of Wyoming and Marian Axford of Bakersfield; 2 sons, Gordon Axford of Selma and Roger Axford of Pennsylvania; a sister Madge Cole of Illinois; 12 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Robert Clark, Lowell Dabbs, W. F. Johnson, Claire Larsen, Robert Wickey and Billie Williams.
Greenlawn Mortuary is in charge of the arrangements.
