George was born in Canada in 1922, He came to the US in 1920 and served in WWII in the Philippines where he was wounded and then was transfered to Fitzsimmons Hospital in Denver,CO where he received his naturalization papers.He met our Mother there. They were married in Detroit,Mi on December 28, 1946.They resided in Riverview Mi at the time of his death.
