Keith F. Allen Sr., 78, of Decatur died 9 p.m. Friday (April 3, 1992) in Decatur Memorial Hospital.
Burial will be in Mount Gilead Cemetery, Decatur.
Mr. Allen was born on March 8, 1914 in rural Moweaqua, the son of James Thomas and Minnie Katherine Coffman Allen. He was a road commissioner for South Wheatland Township, retiring in 1979. He married Lola Belle Chaney in 1938.
She preceded him in death in 1984.
He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Keith F. Jr. and Martha of Decatur; daughter and son-in-law, Lola and Dale of Lockport; son and daughter-in-law, James T. II and Tina of Decatur; daughter and son-in-law, Margaret J. and Bill of Decatur; sister, Irene of Decatur; grandchildren, Kimberly of Dover, Del.; Douglas of Decatur; Karen of Chicago; Steve of Lockport; James T. III of Argenta; Christopher of Argenta; Deanne M. of Macomb; Thomas of Decatur; great-grandchildren, Brett Michael, Courtney and Darcy, all of Dover, Del.
His wife and two brothers preceded him in death.
