William H. Wonderling is the son of Reuben Daniel Wonderling and Lavina Wonderling (nee Reitz).

William married Emma S. Weygant on June 23, 1898, in Jefferson County, Pennsylvania They had a son John Calvin Wonderling born August 4, 1899. Shortly, after their son was born Emma died.

He married second to Anna May Wray on July 3, 1901, in Reynoldsville, Jefferson County, Pennsylvania. She is the mother of his other children.

BROOKVILLE MAN DIES AT AGE 88.
Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon for William H. Wonderling, 88, of Brookville, who died Wednesday following a lengthy illness. Mr. Wonderling was born Aug. 4, 1871, in Worthville, a son of Reuben and Lavina Reitz Wonderling.
He was married to the former Anna Wray. Surviving are four daughters and four sons: Mrs. Helen Hammer, Mrs. Gladys Galbraith, Mrs. Florence Traister, John and Gerald, all of Brookville; Willis, of Jamestown, N.Y.; Mrs. Geraldine Carnahan and Francis Wonderling, both of Akron, Ohio.
He also leaves two brothers, Ralph, of Summerville, and Thaddeus, of Warren.
The Rev. William A. Babel will officiate at services in the Reitz Funeral Home in Brookville Saturday afternoon at 3:30 o`clock.
Burial will be in Zion Cemetery.
