GRELEY BONHAM
Funeral services for Greley Bonham, 62, will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday in the Chapel of the Buchanan Funeral Home. The Rev. Edgar Rice will be the officiant and interment will be in the Okmulgee Cemetery. Mr. Bonham died Tuesday evening in a Tulsa hospital.
Mr. Bonham was born March 22, 1912 in Watonga, Blaine County, Oklahoma and as a boy moved to Ada with his family members. In 1924 they moved to Okmulgee to make their home where he was reared and received his normal schooling. On October 1, 1938 he was married to the former Hazel Ruth White in Lubbock, Texas and soon after they moved to Okmulgee to make their home when he became employed with the Sutton Tree Service. In 1966 he became semi-retired due to failing health. Mr. Bonham was a member of the Morris Pentecostal Holiness Church.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Hazel Bonham, of the home 1300 North Oklahoma, one son, Virgil Lee Bonham, Tulsa, one sister, Mrs. Lorene (Harriett) Ledbetter, Oklahoma city and three grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Curtis Morgan, Marian Shipman, Jim Wadley, George Bonham, Alfred Schmidt and Haskell Laell.
