An employ for 42 years with Ag Data in Gridley, Willma enjoyed working on projects with her family, watching horse races and spending time with her grandbabies, houseboating in the sunshine and loved her dog Patch. She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Jack Armstrong, her son Kevin and wife Deanne of Yuba City; her daughter Kelly Armstrong of Yuba City, her brothers Duwayne Stillwell (Bonnie), Ken Stillwell (Judy), her sisters, Rhoda Peloquin (Moe)and Lorraine Stillwell and her grandchildren, Jacob Armstrong and Samantha Norris. She was preceded in death by her parents Floyd and Esther Stillwell and sister, Betty Stillwell.
Memorial services were held at Ullery Memorial Chapel, Yuba City on Wednesday, January 5th at 2:00pm. Arrangements for a private inurnment are under their direction. The family would appreciate memorial contributions be made to the American Heart Association.
