     HAMMETT — Ann Dorothy Boone, 71, of Hammett, died Sunday, April 5, 1987, in a Boise hospital.
     Rosary will be recited at 6:45 p.m. Wednesday, April 8, at Humpherys Funeral Home, Mountain Home. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Thursday, April 9, at Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church, Mountain Home, with Father James Hallissey as celebrant. Burial will follow in Mountain View Cemetery, Mountain Home.
     Mrs. Boone, a homemaker, was born June 24, 1915, at Yonkers, N.Y., a daughter of Joseph and Alexandra Surbis. She served in the U.S. Air Corps Wacs as a corporal at Orlando Army Air Field during World War II where she drove a staff car for base operations. She met Master Sgt. Clarence "Bud" Boone at Orlando Air Field in December of 1946, whom she married Feb. 15, 1947, at the base chapel in Orlando, Fla.
     She was a member of the Catholic Church.
     Survivors include her husband, Bud of Hammett; two nieces, Barbara Reting of Yonkers, N.Y., and Alice Lopresti of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; and a nephew, Peter Nauman of Yonkers.
